B. NATURE OF BUSINESS
Builder’s Choice Inc. (BCI) is a privately-held company that was formed last November 2003. It is principally engaged in importation, marketing and distribution of PVC (Vinyl) Floorings manufactured by Hanwha Living & Creative Corp. HLCC is a subsidiary of the Korean Hanwha group.
BCI is currently the exclusive distributor of Hanwha Living & Creative Corp. (HLCC) from South Korea for its various pvc flooring product lines. HLCC products create both beautiful homes and living environments. HLCC excels in plastic processing, supplying items used in construction (plastic=fiber mat thermoplastics, expanded polypropylene interior finishing materials), consumer product packaging (specialty films), special wood applications, electric/electronic products, and telecommunications components. These products are very popular in Korean market and are also exported to the Americas, Japan and Europe.
HLCC products have been designated as "environment friendly" and are recognized worldwide. These products fulfill the non-toxicity requirements of the FDA in the USA and JHP in Japan. These products are also ISO 9001, ISO 9002, ISO 14001 and QS 9000 certified.
C. MANAGEMENT TEAM
The company is owned and managed by the Sanchez and Tiu Family. The management team is composed of personnel with varying fields of education and interest. They are very dedicated, disciplines, flexible and adaptable in any given situation which is primarily the main ingredient in their overall pursuit for success and the achievement of high standard of quality, service and innovation.

She is tasked to oversee the overall sales and operations of the company. She is a graduate of Interior Design and also handles the design aspect of all BCI showroom and trade booths. She was previously the manager of Reylin's Hardware Co., Inc., an affiliate company of BCI.

He is tasked to oversee the logistics and depot operations of the company. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering and Business Administration. He previously worked for several construction firms as a project engineer and head estimator from 1996-2003.

Cristina Sanchez-Llamo
Importation Officer

She is tasked to handle the importation processes of all BCI products. She took up 6 years of BS Veterinary Medicine and currently holds several key positions for the following group of companies namely: In-A-Jiffy Enterprises, G2K Corporation, Maxx Energie Corporation and IAJ Corporation. The said companies are affiliated to BCI.

He is tasked to assist and give technical expertise on the marketing aspect of the company. He holds a degree in public administration and is currently the General Manager of Maxx Energie Ventures, an affiliate company of BCI. He was a Product Manager for Techno Summit Corporation from 2000-2002.

He is tasked to promote and market all BCI products. He is graduate of Architecture and is currently practicing his chosen field. He is also given the task to design all BCI showroom and trade booths.
